As a broker associate with Charles Rutenberg Realty I have extra education, have taken additional extensive training, and have met a higher standard for licensing above that of 95% of your average Realtors. I also possess a bachelors of science in finance from Drexel University, and worked as a staff accountant for Lockheed Martin for 4 years prior to becoming a Realtor. I have also worked as an IT specialist for my Alma Mater, as well as the largest intranet in the world, the Navy and Marine Corp Intranet. In these roles I was able to obtain a high level of proficiency in leveraging information technology tools and services. My Business Partner Lorraine Spinogatti has been licensed in New Jersey since 1991, and has recently made the move to sunny Florida. She holds a bachelors in business administration from Richard Stockton State College, has earned the GRI designation and is a Senior Real Estate Specialist.
In addition to receiving the NJAR Circle of Excellence award multiple years, she has also been recognized by RE/MAX Real Estate on both the national and local level.
Beginning with the end in mind, her goal is to make her clients move a positive experience both emotionally and financially. She takes a proactive approach in discussing client’s needs and outlining a plan to help them obtain their goals. She has experience working with both buyers and sellers, as well as having managed her own real estate investment portfolio for a number years including rentals and numerous renovation projects.
She has been involved with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, serving as Secretary, President Elect and Chapter President in 2009 and again for 2014. She also served on several committees at the Ocean County Board of REALTORS®, and was selected as the New Jersey REALTOR® Associate of the year in 2016.
